TIPS
When necessary pause the video to assist with physical prompts. If your child has moderate mobility or is in a wheelchair with minimal mobility, then physical prompts will be necessary to move their body parts to mimic movement patterns. For example: Assist with arm movements for side to side, up and down, or circular movements. Watch the video before starting with your child and prepare for the movement tasks. Take it slow, go at a comfortable pace. If you must, just watch Coach Jerry, laugh, and narrate the lesson. Have fun.
ASSIGNMENT AND OBJECTIVE
* Working flexibility and range of motion: Identify the muscles being stretched or used during the performance of a particular exercise
* Feel your child's effort in their movement pattern and encourage to keep it up
* Be repetitive with telling them what they are working on. Mention every little detail. For example, direction is key - left, right, up, down, forward and back

Stay positive if it's not working out. Give it a good effort and try again later. Your child may be having an off day or it's just out of working context. It may take
